About Maura
With over 15 years of hospitality experience and nearly a decade in Napa Valley’s renowned wine country. My background in marketing and event planning spans restaurants and wineries—where I’ve worked alongside chefs, winemakers, and hospitality professionals to craft moments that leave a lasting impression.
Today, I bring that same attention to detail and insider knowledge to luxury culinary travel planning. After 12 years of living with Celiac Disease and traveling the world—often solo—I know firsthand the level of care, research, and trust it takes to dine safely while still savoring every moment. From Michelin-starred restaurants to remote safari camps, I’ve built a global network of trusted partners who prioritize thoughtful service, local flavor, and inclusive hospitality.
Fun facts about Maura:
She will always find the restaurants with a dedicated gluten-free fryer. Did someone say truffle fries and Champagne?
Her favorite place to travel back to is Botswana, Africa—safari and the people there hold a special place in her heart.
She studied food science in school, then jumped right into the wine industry in Napa Valley. You could say starting this feels full circle for her.
To make extra cash (& for fun), she worked as a day-of wedding coordinator for a luxury wedding planner in Napa—she loves making plans.
She is a routine person and has many rituals one is a pre-travel ritual... ask her about it!
